Cleveland Jewish Book Festival
Local Author Day
Tuesday, November 16th | 7:30 – 9:00 pm
This Virtual Book Club event will be a discussion between Terry Gilbert and attorney Kimberly Kendall Corral. Trying Times recounts Gilbert’s 50-year struggle as a people’s lawyer. Gilbert puts his cases in historical context and demonstrates that even losing a case can move public opinion in the direction of equity. Written with Carlo Wolff, Gilbert’s memoir attests to the two Americas that we inhabit: one for the wealthy and powerful and the other for minorities and the poor.
Saturday, November 6th | 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Co-authors Terry Gilbert and Carlo Wolff will be signing books at this all-day in-person annual event in Wooster, OH. This is a great event to find gifts for the book-lovers in your life, and to meet the authors.
Friday, September 24th | 6:30 – 9:30 pm
Join the Jewish Secular Community of Cleveland for monthly Shabbat and guest speaker series! This event will also be an Author Event & Book Signing with a complimentary Catered Dinner. Please register by September 14.
